Annual Registration

2026-2027  Troop 78 Registration Fees (two ways to pay: by check or online):

*If you wish to receive Scout Life Magazine, please add the fee to the scout's total amount. ($155 + $15 = $170)

The Troop has an assistance fund to help pay these fees. The use of the fund is completely confidential.

Please ask the scoutmaster. He will be the only person you need to contact. No one other than the scoutmaster knows who has used the assistance.

All registered adults must also complete online Youth Protection Training (YPT) every calendar year at http://my.scouting.org. It is highly recommended you use Google Chrome browser. Please complete your YPT before submitting your registration form.


As a reminder, background checks are valid for 5 years. All registered adults need to renew their PA State Police and PA Child Welfare background checks before they expire. Detailed instructions for required PA background checks are found at:

Adults please note: 
All adults staying overnight in connection with a Scouting activity must be currently registered as an adult volunteer or an adult program participant.

Scouts please note:
If you turn 18 before December 31, 2026, when you turn 18, you will need to complete the adult clearances and Youth Protection Training (YPT) and turn in the paperwork.

Willistown Troop 78 needs to register all scouts and adults each year with the Boy Scouts of America.
